2. Payment Deadline:
- A minimum 50% down payment must be made before January 5th to secure your slot.
- Save 15% by paying in full by January 5th.
- Save 10% by paying in full using our financing option.
3. Financing Option:
- Financing is available for those who choose to pay in installments.
- Contact our team to explore financing details and set up a plan that suits your needs.
4. Scheduling Podcast Production:
- Podcast production dates are flexible and will be scheduled based on client availability and production team availability.
- Production must be scheduled and content must be shot in 2024 to avail of the flash sale rates.
5. Podcast Production & Vision Meeting:
- A production meeting will be scheduled to discuss your podcast, set a game plan, and explore prospective shooting dates.
- This meeting ensures a clear understanding of your vision and aligns it with our production strategy.
6. Post-Production Costs:
- While we strive to provide a completed video before you leave the studio, additional post-production items may incur extra costs.
- We aim to keep your podcast organic and real, and any supplementary post-production will be discussed and billed accordingly.
7. Episode Duration:
- Each podcast episode will typically range from 25 to 45 minutes.
8. Extended Flash Sale Rate:
- The flash sale rate is exclusive to this promotional period.
- Upon completion of the pilot, rates for a continued podcast season (12 episodes) will be discussed based on mutual satisfaction.
9. Content Restrictions:
- We appreciate topics shareable on our platforms. However, we prefer not to focus on highly explicit content.
10. Scheduling Dates Beyond January:
- Production dates are not confined to January. We understand the need for flexibility and proper scheduling.
